Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as your name, email address, password authentication data, company name if provided, and subscription status.

Billing information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on RevShadow servers.

When you use RevShadow, you may add business data such as client names, client email addresses, invoice numbers, invoice amounts, due dates, payment links, notes, reminder settings, and activity history.

We may collect usage data about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, account actions, and product events.

We also collect automatically generated technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, and cookies or similar technologies.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the RevShadow service, including managing invoices, displaying cash status, saving clients, and sending account or invoice reminder emails.

We use information to process payments and subscriptions, communicate with you about service updates or support requests, develop new features, detect fraud or abuse, and keep the service secure.

If AI features are enabled, invoice or reminder context may be sent to an AI provider only as needed to generate or refine reminder copy.

We do not sell your personal data or your clients' contact information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate RevShadow, including Stripe for payment processing, Resend or other email providers for account and reminder emails, Supabase for authentication and database services, Oracle Cloud for hosting infrastructure, and providers used for analytics, support, security, or AI-powered features.

These providers process information only as needed to support the service. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of RevShadow, our users, or others.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or use your clients' contact and invoice information in RevShadow.

We do not sell client contact information.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, keep users signed in, protect accounts, and remember basic preferences.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.

We keep account, invoice, client, and activity data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can delete your account at any time. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize account data within 30 days unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, security, payment records, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business needs.

Your data is stored using service providers such as Supabase and Oracle Cloud. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including industry-standard encryption and access controls, to protect information.

No internet service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, update, or delete account, invoice, and client data from within the product where those controls are available.

You may request export of your data, request deletion of your account data, unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails, or contact us about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

We may update this policy as RevShadow changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method.
