By accessing RevShadow, creating an account, or using the service, you accept these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

RevShadow is an invoice reminder and receivables tracking tool that helps freelancers and small businesses manage invoices, monitor payment status, and prepare or send polite payment reminders.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your communications with clients.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly update account information if it changes.

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RevShadow.

You represent that you have the right to add client contact information, invoice information, payment links, and related business records to RevShadow.

You agree not to use RevShadow to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized communications.

Free and paid plan features may differ by invoice limits, billing features, AI features, support, or other product limits described in the app.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time, but fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

AI-generated text and reminder drafts are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing communications before relying on them.

RevShadow does not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for every client relationship.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the product, or use it to violate laws or third-party rights.

You may not use RevShadow to send spam, harassing messages, deceptive messages, unlawful communications, or unauthorized reminders.

You may not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent invoice data.

RevShadow, including the service, design, software, code, branding, and related materials, is owned by RevShadow or its licensors.

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your active account or subscription.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk, violate these terms, or abuse the service.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time using available account controls or by contacting support.

RevShadow is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or collections advice.

You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, reminder deliverability, or that any invoice will be paid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevShadow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different law is required by your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of RevShadow after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
